Hollie started her fitness journey in February 2012 when she lost 50 pounds by working out and eating clean. She weight trained and did cardio until she met her goal. In 2017, Hollie decided to open Nutrishop Acworth after being in the automotive industry for 13+ years. She is a certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer. She works more on building her strength with powerlifting and crossfit when she is not in the store working.
Angie is a certified sports nutritionist and competitive powerlifter. She is a 4x state record holder in her sport. After multiple failed diets and dangerous, expensive weight-loss plans, Angie started her true fitness journey 4 years ago when she joined CrossFit Allatoona and hired a sports nutritionist. Following the workouts at the box and learning to eat-to-perform, she lost 35 pounds and gained not only strength, but confidence to pursue powerlifting and become a business owner by investing in Nutrishop Acworth. When the opportunity presented itself, investing in Nutrishop only made sense, as she was a customer first and believed in Nutrishop products as being the best on the market. Prior to Nutrishop, Angie has a masters degree and 20 years experience as a social worker, helping people achieve their goals in the community. Outside of Nutrishop, Angie enjoys lifting, boating, & watching football and hockey. She has 3 adult children; Alex, a nuclear engineer in the Navy, Damon, in the Coast Guard and Seth, a senior at KSU getting ready to pursue law school.
